What to Wear: for a cozy night in

I actually wasn't sure if I was going to be able to participate in this week's What to Wear post, but thanks to an unexpected half day (thanks snow!) I took advantage of the sun and snapped these pics :).

It's not really "exciting" as far as outfit posts go, but it's definitely honest. When it's cold outside the first thing I want when I get home is snuggly comfort and even though these aren't pieces I wear out, they're great for home (& bed, lol).

Don't forget to head over to Gypsy in Jasper tomorrow to see everyone else who participated!

Very cool pictures, Dana - so warm and cozy, and still stylish! Actually, I've been thinking about this for quite a while now - that we spend a significant part of our life at home, and such photos just a MUST :) for us as personal style bloggers. And here you are doing it (and a bunch of other talented girls which we'll see tomorrow). Super cool!! And your place looks very inviting. Just what you need for a good book and a nice cup of tea in a snowy day. Stay cozy! :)

@Natalia - Thank you so much for the kind words! It was definitely an experience to take pictures in the house (and it's a whole new can of worms to have to worry if it's clean enough! LOL!) but we are who are, right? You stay cozy too - I hope it's warmer where you are!

Yay! So glad you were able to join us again today. I love your cozy outfit. Tights are truly the perfect base for a cozy night in.

See you next time for What to Wear: on Valentine's Day.

I know what you mean- not exciting, but an honest post for sure! Isn't that the best mug? I use mine all the time!

@Gypsy - I'm trying to be consistent Nicole, but life is not helping me! LOL!

@Lisa - I have an Anthropologie mug problem! I have two initial ones and love them (to spread it out I decided to leave one at work).

@Lexi - They have a tendency to slide down my calves which is a little annoying, but the furry insides definitely make up for it!
