 While Spring has taken its own sweet time coming to the DC area, one relatively new piece (I found this in store in March) has been able to make me smile every time I've worn it, and that piece is this H&M sweater. Now this is not to downplay jeans that I actually paid full price for (this rarely happens) but because of how practically neon this sweater is, it perks up practically everything I pair it with. And that, my friends, doesn't suck.
